Custom Design Terms & Conditions

1. Your content and your rights

When you upload an image or add text, graphics, or other content to a custom design, you confirm that you own the rights to that content, or that you have the rights holder's permission to use it for printing on a product you are purchasing.

2. Rights warranty

By adding a custom design to your cart, you warrant that your design does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, and you accept full responsibility for the content of your design.

3. Automated screening is assistive only

We run an automated check on custom designs that looks for recognisable third-party brand content. This check is an assistive safeguard, not a legal review or clearance. A design passing the check does not mean the design is cleared of third-party rights, and does not transfer responsibility for the design's content to us.

4. Blocked designs

If the automated check finds protected brand content, the design cannot be added to cart. You can edit the design to remove or replace the flagged content and try again.

5. Our discretion

We may refuse, cancel, or decline to print any order that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights, even if it passed the automated check.
